Copper River Nouveau is more than a wildly exciting five course gourmet seafood dinner with carefully matched wines held right here in Cordova. This event is a delightful opportunity to support the Prince William Sound Science Center.

Each year we take over one of Cordova's best water front banquet venues We lure in a top chef from Anchorage or Seattle. Our chef of the year will design a menu based on the freshest Copper River Wild Salmon and a variety of Alaska seafood. Local fishermen support us with catches of salmon dedicated just to this event.. Cordova musicians and performers entertain for the evening. Traditionally about half of the tickets are purchased by folks traveling in just for this special event weekend.

This is our major annual fundraising event, we auction local arts, sell posters and logoT-shirts and award extravagant bonus prizes! The dinner event tickets are $125 per person. Advance tickets are necessary.
